Richemont Network Support Assistant Manager

- Champion the implementation and adherence to Maison policies and SAP tools, including DARE, SAP, MyPOS, Booster, WISE, and WISE Diag.
- Provide timely support to Retail Boutiques, Wholesale Dealers, and Client Support Centers, addressing inquiries related to customer service rules and processes.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Retail Boutiques and Wholesalers to enhance proficiency with SAP tools.
- Monitor SAP tool utilization and provide feedback to the Network Training & Support Director on adoption rates and improvement areas.
- Oversee WIP reports for the Retail Network and manage the Network Support CS Mailbox, ensuring prompt feedback and assistance.
- Propose corrective actions to address recurring delays and data quality issues within the network.
- Conduct monthly audits of Repair/Spare Parts Inventory & Recycling and provide necessary training.
- Ensure accurate recording of repairs in Booster for work under Sales Warranty and update delay dates for open repairs.
- Support Retail and Wholesale Networks with inquiries related to Project Extra and Booster, ensuring professional communication and follow-up.
- Serve as a key user with comprehensive knowledge of SAP processes related to repairs, leading the testing of new eServices and SAP tools.
- Support the Director of Network Support in conducting boutique visits and delivering on-site training.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience with SAP and BW strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in luxury service and/or production environments
- Experience working with Retail/Wholesale Partners
- Understanding of the relationship between operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Process-oriented with exceptional multitasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Experience in luxury service and/or production environments and working with Retail/Wholesale Partners is required.
Bachelor's Degree required
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
