- Design architectural concepts for integration implementations, focusing on patterns, encryption, security, logging, throttling, scalability, and clustering.
- Prototype and deliver APIs, integrations, and applications across varied deployment models, including cloud-based, on-premises, and hybrid.
- Provide architecture, analysis, build, and testing for MuleSoft integrations.
- Design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support API and integration projects.
- Assist the Application Development Manager in ensuring proper response and resolution to issues and errors.
- Act as Technical Lead for MuleSoft Integration, guiding other developers in delivering solutions.
- Create high-level design of integration solutions and guide implementation teams in choosing Mule components and patterns.
- Transform business requirements into scalable and manageable solution architecture and design specifications.
- Apply expertise in design patterns for building MuleSoft solutions, including message routing, content enrichment, and message transformation.
- Utilize strong MuleSoft CloudHub 2.0 experience and understanding of other technology platforms.
- Apply extended knowledge of MUnit and test-driven development.
- Utilize strong knowledge of Maven for MuleSoft projects and end-to-end CI/CD.
- Author and contribute to support documents, how-to articles, and other technical documentation in English.
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect certification.
- Java development experience.
- Architecture and development experience in integrations/API space.
- Strong client-facing ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in both development and operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate with technical and business teams at all levels.
- Good knowledge of service delivery management.
- Experience with Atlassian Suite, mainly Confluence and Jira.
- Good knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages such as French, Italian, or Chinese is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations.
Demonstrated experience in Java development and architecture in the integrations/API space. Strong client-facing ability and excellent communication skills are essential.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
