- Understand the technical challenges of existing manufacturing processes.
- Identify new manufacturing processes.
- Manage the design and implementation of experimental studies.
- Conduct metrological controls.
- Analyze results and identify areas for improvement.
- Draft scientific reports.
- Enrollment in an engineering program at EPF, Grandes Ecoles, or equivalent, at the Master's level with a specialization in microtechnology, physics, or materials.
- Previous experience in microfabrication.
- Familiarity with cleanroom work environments.
- Experience in photolithography is advantageous.
- Rigor and methodical approach.

Previous experience in microfabrication is required, with a preference for candidates familiar with photolithography.
Master's level in engineering with a specialization in microtechnology, physics, or materials.
