1. Understand the technical challenges of existing manufacturing processes.

3. Manage the design and implementation of experimental studies.
4. Conduct metrological controls.
5. Analyze results and identify areas for improvement.
6. Draft scientific reports.

1. Enrollment in an engineering program at EPF, Grandes Ecoles, or equivalent, at the Master's level with a specialization in microtechnology, physics, or materials.
2. Previous experience in microfabrication.
3. Familiarity with cleanroom work environments.
4. Experience in photolithography is advantageous.
