Richemont Media Data Project Manager
Richemont is a distinguished leader in the luxury sector, encompassing 27 esteemed luxury Maisons and businesses, spanning watches, jewelry, fashion, and accessories, as well as online distributors. As part of the Richemont Group, the Marketing Department plays a pivotal role in supporting the Maisons, online distributors, and the Group's overarching marketing strategies. The Media Department, in particular, is instrumental in optimizing media investments through its focus on Digital Performance, Media Partnership, and Media Data & Analytics.
- Deploy the Group’s Media & Communication Data Projects to support the data needs of Maisons.
- Contribute to key processes and projects within the Media department.
- Maintain the Group Media Tech Stack.
- Roll out the Media Data Roadmap for Maisons in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Build and maintain the Media Data hub pipelines and infrastructure with the Data Engineering Agency.
- Perform regular data quality audits and data completion tests to ensure data accessibility and optimization.
- Manage the data aggregating platform that collects data from various media platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to meet business needs.
- Support projects on media attribution, A/B testing, and measurement tests.
- Roll out the Communication Data Domain Roadmap for Maisons.
- Collaborate with Maison communication teams to build dashboards on communication data.
- Animate the community around Media Data to ensure coherence and drive the domain forward.
- Maintain the Media KPI Framework and Dictionary.
- Manage projects in Jira and update documentation in Confluence.
- Support Maison onboarding in the Group Framework.
- Coordinate external communication on projects.
- Plan and prepare Media Coordination meetings.
- Interface with Group key stakeholders through recurrent meetings with the Agency & Maisons.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field.
- 3 years of significant and relevant professional experience in Data Analytics or Data Engineering, preferably in a media or data agency.
- Interest in the luxury industry and working in an international environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and Data Visualization tools such as Looker.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective data visualizations.
- Experience with cloud data technologies and data infrastructure deployment.
- Experience with BigQuery and dbt is a plus.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Open-minded, collaborative, and curious mindset.
A minimum of 3 years of significant and relevant professional experience in Data Analytics or Data Engineering, preferably within a media or data agency.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field.
