Richemont Materials Administrator

- Oversee the daily shipping and receiving processes for outbound and inbound goods and repairs.
- Manage the procurement process from initiation to completion, including receipt and usage in SAP.
- Generate and analyze weekly reports to track repairs awaiting parts and coordinate with the US spare parts team to update estimated arrival times.
- Produce daily Goods in Transit (GIT) reports to monitor items moving to the CAS1 platform.
- Process Parts Delay status reports from the Network support team.
- Supply parts to the workshop to facilitate repair activities.
- Ensure adherence to established guidelines for repair ship dates, including handling exceptions for VIP repairs, urgent shipments, and warranties.
- Order and distribute spare parts and straps to subcontractors and authorized service accounts.
- Handle sales orders for wholesale accounts and dealers, manage movement exchanges, and receive inbound deliveries promptly.
- Place purchase orders for non-stocked articles to meet brand objectives, with consistent follow-up.
- Maintain an organized and accurate inventory of CAS1 parts stock and participate in annual inventory cycle counts.
- Assist in resolving customer service issues related to parts availability or delays.
- Create and maintain spare part kits for all brands.
- Perform sales and distribution functions, including invoicing and shipping for the Materials department.
- Process intercompany goods transfers and manage de-stocking of CAS1 inventory.
- Communicate with Canadian dealers and boutiques to provide product information regarding accessory and strap orders.
- Assist watchmakers with product information as needed.
- Perform additional customer service or logistics duties as required.
- University or college degree/diploma preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in shipping, receiving, and international exports.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in work efforts.
1-2 years of experience in a similar position is required.
University or college degree/diploma preferred.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
