Richemont Master Data Administrator

- Coordinate and maintain the controlling view structure in Richemont Finance consolidation and planning tools.
- Collect requirements from Maison’s financial teams, ensuring alignment with FP&A and other Group Finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with Richemont Product Segments (PRS) definition and consistency with article hierarchy in ERP.
- Manage the official Group article hierarchy (AH) in ERP, ensuring consistency with tools, product master data, and Maison logic.
- Coordinate planning and AH activation at the beginning of each fiscal year.
- Validate and manage changes on article master data, including mass changes and enhancement requests.
- Define and update Group templates for Service article creation, focusing on finance impacts.
- University degree in Finance, Data, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP ERP ECC, with knowledge of S/4 being advantageous.
- Strong background in finance, ideally within a matrix and multinational environment.
- Strong analytical skills and high personal integrity.
- Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, and demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in SAP technical skills for financial purposes.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, additional languages are an asset.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP ERP ECC, preferably in a multinational environment.
University degree in Finance, Data, Financial Engineering, or similar.
