Richemont Master Data Administrator

1. Coordinate and maintain controlling view structure in Richemont Finance consolidation and planning tools.
2. Collect requirements from Maison’s financial team and maintain communication with FP&A and other Group Finance teams.
3. Ensure compliance with Richemont Product Segments (PRS) definition and consistency with article hierarchy in ERP.
4. Manage the official Group article hierarchy in ERP, ensuring consistency with requirements and Group Finance product master data.
5. Coordinate planning and article hierarchy activation at the beginning of each fiscal year.
6. Validate requests for changes in article master data and manage service article creation.
7. Review, assess, and prioritize enhancement requests related to financially relevant data.

1. University graduate in Finance, Data, Financial Engineering, or similar.

5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
6. Strong SAP technical skills, particularly for financial purposes.
7. Excellent literacy of ERP systems and strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
8. Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an asset.

Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP ERP ECC, with knowledge of S/4 being a plus. Solid background in finance, ideally gained within a matrix and multinational environment. Experience in project coordination and working with multiple stakeholders.
