1. Analyze market information to develop and manage effective marketing and communication strategies for IWC in China.
2. Formulate local marketing strategies in alignment with international guidelines, adapting to local contexts and challenges.
3. Develop and implement actions for successful product launches and manage marketing and communication budgets.
4. Establish and execute digital strategies, maximizing performance on platforms such as Weibo, WeChat, and Baidu.
5. Oversee communications strategies across all mediums, building awareness and demand for the brand.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with media, journalists, celebrities, and opinion leaders to enhance brand visibility.
7. Execute trade marketing strategies, visual merchandising, and promotional events in alignment with the marketing calendar.
8. Manage budget forecasting and ensure activities remain within fiscal constraints.
9. Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting annual objectives and managing performance.

1. University degree; MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in international brands.
3. Fluency in Chinese and English.
