1. Assist the Market Analyst in generating comprehensive reports on industry-specific topics for Group and Maison senior management, such as marketing performance metrics, customer experience evaluations, image studies, and advertising campaign analyses.
2. Participate in the analysis of quantitative data and verbatims to derive meaningful consumer insights.
3. Ensure the quality control of qualitative and quantitative data provided by external agencies.
4. Monitor emerging trends in luxury consumer behavior and marketing strategies.
5. Contribute to the creation of an internal newsletter distributed to over 3,000 employees.
6. Support the Market Analyst on cross-functional projects using various research methodologies, including social listening and desk research.
