- Lead the definition and implementation of the cybersecurity architecture framework.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture strategy across the Group.
- Establish governance practices to guide sustainable and scalable evolution of services.
- Mentor and lead a multicultural team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
- Engage with executives and drive cyber assessments at a strategic level.
- Oversee the scaling of the cybersecurity control framework across the Group.
- Advise business units on cybersecurity architecture concepts to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Track and monitor cyber risk remediation and mitigation measures.
- Collaborate with cyber risk managers to embed security best practices within enterprise applications.
- Research emerging concepts to enhance cybersecurity strategies.
- Assist in deploying the Group's cybersecurity awareness program.
- Define and maintain KPIs to provide visibility to stakeholders and management.
- Proven experience in cyber security roles with a focus on architecture, infrastructure, and technology.
- Demonstrated people management experience.
- Expertise in information security principles and practices.
- Subject Matter Expertise in control management frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS top 20, ISO 27002.
- Mastery of risk management frameworks like FAIR, NIST RMF, ISO 27005.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman Framework.
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to various audiences, including C-Level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Business acumen.
- Project management experience.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Extensive experience in large, multi-tiered international environments, focusing on cyber architecture and security.
Industry-recognized Security Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are advantageous.
