1. Lead the definition and implementation of the cybersecurity architecture framework.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture strategy across the Group.
3. Establish governance practices to guide sustainable and scalable evolution of services.
4. Mentor and lead a multicultural team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
5. Engage with executives and drive cyber assessments at a strategic level.
6. Oversee the scaling of the cybersecurity control framework across the Group.
7. Advise business units on cybersecurity architecture concepts to ensure compliance with regulations.
8. Track and monitor cyber risk remediation and mitigation measures.
9. Collaborate with cyber risk managers to embed security best practices within enterprise applications.
10. Research emerging concepts to enhance cybersecurity strategies.
11. Assist in deploying the Group's cybersecurity awareness program.
12. Define and maintain KPIs to provide visibility to stakeholders and management.

1. Proven experience in cyber security roles with a focus on architecture, infrastructure, and technology.
2. Demonstrated people management experience.
3. Expertise in information security principles and practices.
4. Subject Matter Expertise in control management frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS top 20, ISO 27002.
5. Mastery of risk management frameworks like FAIR, NIST RMF, ISO 27005.
6. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman Framework.

1. Excellent communication skills adaptable to various audiences, including C-Level.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Collaborative mindset.
4. Business acumen.
5. Project management experience.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Extensive experience in large, multi-tiered international environments, focusing on cyber architecture and security.

Industry-recognized Security Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are advantageous.
