- Diagnose, analyze, and perform maintenance on workshop equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting for machinery and buildings.
- Execute preventive maintenance actions as outlined in the maintenance plan.
- Draft and update technical documents, intervention reports, and the CMMS database.
- Assist and supervise service providers during specific interventions.
- Propose optimizations to enhance equipment availability.
- Engage in projects related to maintenance, automation, safety, ergonomics, and environment.
- Manage new equipment, including specifications, supplier reception, and action follow-up.
- Actively contribute to CMMS optimization.
- Suggest cost-reduction solutions.
- Train operators in basic routine maintenance.
- Support general services when necessary.
- CFC diploma in Electronics, Electrotechnical Maintenance Technician, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar industrial role.
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system diagrams.
- Strong interest in new technologies and innovation.
- Availability for on-call service and shift work (2x8).
- Expertise in electrotechnical troubleshooting.
- Autonomous, organized, rigorous, pragmatic, and proactive.
- Professional coordination, analysis, and synthesis skills.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar industrial maintenance role is required.
CFC diploma in Electronics or Electrotechnical Maintenance Technician, or equivalent.
