Richemont Maintenance Coordinator

- Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, forklifts, and printers regularly.
- Create tickets and manage emergency calls from the operational team regarding conveyor system issues.
- Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot conveyor systems.
- Replace various conveyor parts such as rollers, O-rings, and belts as needed.
- Lead conveyor housekeeping tasks including cleanliness, labeling, and organization.
- Maintain stock levels of conveyor spare parts to prevent shortages.
- Propose purchase orders for critical new parts to keep in stock.
- Track and update the conveyor issue tracker list.
- Maintain a stock of tools necessary for line interventions.
- Coordinate with vendors for lift equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Support the engineering team with 3D printer maintenance.
- Manage all floor tape within the facility.
- Assist with 5S initiatives including workstation design, label creation, and auditing.
- Collaborate with operation teams to report and adjust conveyor issues.
- Participate in training to enhance knowledge of the line and troubleshooting solutions.
- Recommend tools to increase independence in interventions.
- Coordinate with vendors related to system evolution and mechanical equipment.
- High school diploma required
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- 1-3 years of experience with conveyor systems
- Forklift certification is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Team player with influencing abilities
1-3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, specifically with conveyor systems.
High school diploma required
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
