Maintenance Coordinator

1. Perform preventative maintenance on conveyor, forklifts, and printers.
2. Create tickets and handle emergency calls regarding the conveyor system.
3. Troubleshoot conveyor system issues with vendors.
4. Replace parts on the conveyor as needed.
5. Lead conveyor housekeeping tasks.
6. Maintain stock of conveyor spare parts.
7. Propose purchase orders for critical new parts.
8. Track and update conveyor issues.
9. Maintain stock of tools for line interventions.
10. Coordinate lift equipment repairs and maintenance with vendors.
11. Support engineering team with 3D printer maintenance.
12. Manage floor tape in the facility.
13. Assist with 5S initiatives.
14. Collaborate with operation teams to report conveyor adjustments.
15. Participate in training for line knowledge and troubleshooting.
16. Recommend tools for independent interventions.
17. Coordinate with vendors for system and mechanical equipment evolution.

1. High school diploma required
2. 1-3 years' work experience in logistics or warehouse operations
3. 1-3 years' experience with conveyor systems
4. Forklift certification is a plus

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
2. Continuous improvement mindset

1-3 years' work experience in logistics or warehouse operations and with conveyor systems.

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
