RichemontMaintenance Coordinator

- Perform preventative maintenance on conveyor, forklifts, and printers.
- Create tickets and handle emergency calls regarding the conveyor system.
- Troubleshoot conveyor system issues with vendors.
- Replace parts on the conveyor as needed.
- Lead conveyor housekeeping tasks.
- Maintain stock of conveyor spare parts.
- Propose purchase orders for critical new parts.
- Track and update conveyor issues.
- Maintain stock of tools for line interventions.
- Coordinate lift equipment repairs and maintenance with vendors.
- Support engineering team with 3D printer maintenance.
- Manage floor tape in the facility.
- Assist with 5S initiatives.
- Collaborate with operation teams to report conveyor adjustments.
- Participate in training for line knowledge and troubleshooting.
- Recommend tools for independent interventions.
- Coordinate with vendors for system and mechanical equipment evolution.
- High school diploma required
- 1-3 years' work experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- 1-3 years' experience with conveyor systems
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Detail-oriented with analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management
- Team player attitude with influencing ability
1-3 years' work experience in logistics or warehouse operations and with conveyor systems.
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
