- Conduct thorough functional and visual assessments to identify all visible and non-obvious faults in luxury timepieces.
- Perform quick services and complete movement overhauls, including Quartz, Mechanical, Automatic, Chronograph, and other complications.
- Execute maintenance services such as gasket replacements and crystal fitting, ensuring water resistance.
- Dismantle and assemble various types of watch cases.
- Maintain workbench, workshop, tools, and equipment in impeccable condition.
- Order timely replenishments of spare parts and necessary supplies.
- Conduct thorough quality checks of completed repairs before release.
- Provide feedback to management and technical support to aid in client communications.
- Solve technical problems related to repairs and the workshop.
- Adhere to defined intervention and repair processes.
- Complete daily allocated jobs according to defined deadlines.
- Participate in coordination, continuous improvement, and problem-solving meetings.
- Proven experience as a watchmaker servicing Swiss watches, with training records and certificates welcomed.
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical and quartz movements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify hidden faults.
- Proficient in oiling and hairspring work, including replacement, fitting, and adjustment.
- Good understanding of watchmaking equipment and tools.
- Basic computer skills, including office applications.
- Good understanding and basic spoken English.
- Action and results-oriented.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven experience as a watchmaker servicing Swiss watches is required.
