Richemont Logistics Team Leader

- Oversee warehouse management operations including inbound and outbound shipments and process management.
- Manage inventory control and conduct regular stocktaking.
- Facilitate communication with brands and vendors for delivery schedule coordination and management.
- Allocate tasks and manage team shifts to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Conduct on-the-job training for team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Analyze operations and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Comprehensive understanding of operational importance.
- Proficiency in SAP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Experience in the luxury goods industry, particularly in jewelry and watches, is advantageous.
- Strong proactive leadership and the ability to engage and lead teams positively.
- Analytical skills to assess problems and propose effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills to build trust and collaborate with team members.
- Demonstrated responsibility, speed, and flexibility in task execution.
- Ability to work cooperatively while embracing new challenges.
A minimum of three years in warehouse management, with a deep understanding of operational significance.
