1. Oversee warehouse management operations including inbound and outbound shipments and process management.
2. Manage inventory control and conduct regular stocktaking.
3. Facilitate communication with brands and vendors for delivery schedule coordination and management.
4. Allocate tasks and manage team shifts to ensure optimal resource utilization.
5. Conduct on-the-job training for team members to enhance skills and performance.
6. Analyze operations and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
7. Develop and implement strategies to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
2. Comprehensive understanding of operational importance.

1. Proficiency in SAP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
2. Experience in the luxury goods industry, particularly in jewelry and watches, is advantageous.
3. Strong proactive leadership and the ability to engage and lead teams positively.
4. Analytical skills to assess problems and propose effective solutions.
5. Exceptional communication skills to build trust and collaborate with team members.
6. Demonstrated responsibility, speed, and flexibility in task execution.
7. Ability to work cooperatively while embracing new challenges.

A minimum of three years in warehouse management, with a deep understanding of operational significance.
