Logistics Team Leader

1. Manage warehouse operations including shipping and receiving, and process management.
2. Conduct inventory management and stocktaking.
3. Communicate with brands and vendors for delivery scheduling and management.
4. Allocate and assign tasks optimally, including shift management.
5. Provide appropriate training to team members (OJT).
6. Analyze operations and processes.
7. Summarize and distribute workload and allocation based on data.
8. Develop and implement strategies to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity.

1. Basic understanding of warehouse management (minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management).
2. Deep understanding of operational importance.

1. Experience with SAP systems and WMS is preferred.
2. Experience in the luxury goods industry (jewelry, watches) is preferred.
3. Proactive attitude with the ability to lead and engage others.
4. Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and solve issues.
5. Strong communication skills to build trust and collaborate with team members.
6. Responsibility, speed, and flexibility.
7. Cooperative while being open to new challenges.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
