1. Coordinate daily logistics and supply chain activities in compliance with customs and local regulations.
2. Manage CITES permit applications, acquittals, and inventory control.
3. Process inbound and outbound orders using SAP, including IDNs/ODNs and return orders.
4. Oversee inbound shipments by dispatching shipping advice and coordinating with forwarders.
5. Prepare export shipping invoices and book export shipments, ensuring compliance with re-export CITES permits.
6. Arrange domestic deliveries and coordinate with third-party logistics providers.
7. Conduct periodic stock counts and manage stock for photoshoots and events.

1. 2-3 years of experience in logistics, specifically in warehousing and freight.
2. Proficiency in SAP MM.

1. Excellent communication skills for effective status updates.
2. Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
4. Proactive and flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
5. Team-oriented mindset.

2-3 years of experience in logistics, particularly in warehousing and freight management.
