1. Process inbound, outbound, and internal transfer orders utilizing SAP ERP/EWM and internal systems.
2. Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and supply chain management teams to ensure seamless order operations and coordinate fulfillment schedules.
3. Prepare and manage shipment documentation to ensure accuracy and verification of shipments.
4. Monitor and follow up on the order processing flow to address any issues.
5. Conduct data analysis of logistics flows to optimize processes.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or order management.
2. Hands-on experience with SAP ERP/EWM or other ERP/WMS systems.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities for complex issues.
6. Fluency in English and Korean.
