1. Support operational teams in continuous improvement initiatives, including problem-solving and consumable restocking flow implementation.
2. Develop on-field visual management tools to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Monitor and document operational processes and master data to proactively identify potential deviations from standards.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
2. Familiarity with LEAN methodologies and tools.

1. Proficiency in data manipulation using Excel, Power Query/BI, and SQL.
2. Strong team spirit with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving.
3. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
4. Fluency in French and English.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in project management or supply chain is essential.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering (current or recent graduate).
