- Support operational teams in continuous improvement initiatives, including problem-solving and consumable restocking flow implementation.
- Develop on-field visual management tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and document operational processes and master data to proactively identify potential deviations from standards.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
- Familiarity with LEAN methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in data manipulation using Excel, Power Query/BI, and SQL.
- Strong team spirit with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Fluency in French and English.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in project management or supply chain is essential.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering (current or recent graduate).
