Logistics Operator

Richemont is a leading luxury goods company with a strong presence in the European market. The company's warehouse in Amsterdam serves as a crucial logistical hub for spare parts and finished products, playing a vital role in connecting points of sale and various repair platforms.

1. Pick orders manually or using an RF Gun based on packing lists and SAP system.
2. Check picked orders for reference and quantity, and sort by customer.
3. Create shipments in ERP system (SAP) and carrier software for all orders and returns.
4. Print necessary shipping documents and ensure proper packing for shipping.
5. Recognize special destinations and create necessary export documents.
6. Prepare export documents and manifests for carriers.
7. Receive and verify new deliveries from suppliers/carriers.
8. Check parcel contents against documents and notice claims.
9. Adjust ERP system for stock levels and communicate claims.
10. Check and store returning spare parts and finished products.
11. Gift-wrap boxes according to brand procedures.
12. Assemble necessary documents in gift boxes.
13. Organize storage locations and participate in stock takes.

1. MBO level is preferred
2. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)
3. Dutch and English speaking and writing
