1. Execute order picking using manual methods or RF Gun, ensuring accuracy in reference and quantity.
2. Create shipments in ERP system (SAP) and carrier software, including printing necessary shipping documents and ensuring proper packing.
3. Recognize special destinations and prepare necessary export documents, adhering to local customs and regulations for dangerous goods and CITES products.
4. Receive and verify new deliveries, updating ERP system and addressing any discrepancies or claims.
5. Manage customer returns, ensuring correct storage and updating ERP system to maintain accurate stock levels.
6. Gift-wrap products according to brand procedures and assemble necessary documents for shipment.
7. Organize and maintain storage locations, participating in stock takes as required.

1. MBO level education preferred
2. Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

1. Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
2. Strong client focus and hands-on mentality
3. Accuracy and proficiency with number sequences
4. Team-oriented and flexible

Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is advantageous, particularly with ERP systems such as SAP.

MBO level is preferred
