- Assist in the setup and enhancement of logistics dashboards, ensuring alignment with global KPIs and reporting standards.
- Analyze logistics KPIs to identify improvement opportunities, conduct cost studies, and propose optimization strategies.
- Support daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly logistics performance reviews and help interpret key results.
- Participate in logistics optimization projects and develop methodologies to enhance performance measurement.
- Utilize BI tools such as Power BI, SAP, Celonis, SAC, GCP, and Looker to analyze and visualize logistics performance data.
- Contribute to the structuring and updating of logistics KPI documentation and management routines.
- Currently pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in logistics, performance management, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and SQL, with the capability to structure and manage databases.
- Good understanding of logistics activities and performance-related challenges.
- Proactive and autonomous with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and rigorous, with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex analyses effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in relevant fields is essential.
Pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
