- Validate shipping documents to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Secure necessary customs approvals for shipments, including DGR, SC Certificates, CITES, SABER exemptions, and SFDA.
- Coordinate and track shipments from origin to final delivery, managing all necessary approvals and communications.
- Collaborate with customs clearance agents to ensure efficient processing of shipments.
- Resolve discrepancies with origin, clearance agents, and insurance companies.
- Coordinate with the finance department on duties payment and deposit refunds.
- Perform data entry and tracking on relevant applications used by the group and department.
- Control and track CAPEX shipments, managing communications with external vendors.
- Ensure efficient operation of external warehouses.
- Coordinate secure transport for goods movement, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor goods movement between boutiques and workshop centers.
- Handle intercity goods transfers through appropriate shipping modes.
- Coordinate with authorities for approvals on special shipments like CITES and Fragrance.
- Ensure proper tracking and data entry in ERP software and provide regular reporting.
- Work with Compliance and LOG OPS to draft and update SOPs for supply chain activities.
- Ensure fulfillment of Internal Audit requirements related to logistics.
- Maintain and update KPIs for all logistics external vendors.
- Bachelor's degree or high diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer skills and MS Software.
- Knowledge of local customs regulations.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Problem-solving skills.
1-2 years in a similar logistics or operational role.
Bachelor's degree or high diploma in a relevant field.
