1. Oversee the coordination of physical logistics flows, including the preparation for photoshoots and event logistics.
2. Manage the reception, storage, and dispatch of products, ensuring meticulous organization and timely deliveries.
3. Prepare and manage returns to suppliers within and outside the EU.
4. Conduct inventory management and control ATA carnet flows.
5. Organize and manage internal staff sales.
6. Ensure accurate data entry and stock management within SAP, validating all entries and exits.
7. Act as a central communication interface between various maisons, ensuring effective and harmonious collaboration.
8. Work collaboratively within a team of three to ensure mission efficiency and continuity of operations.

1. Minimum of 2 years of confirmed experience in a similar logistics role.
2. Educational background in logistics, such as a BTS or a logistics license, or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in SAP.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong organizational and customer service orientation.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
5. Adaptability and exemplary communication skills.

A minimum of 2 years in a similar logistics or supply chain role is required.
