Richemont Logistics and Trade Compliance Manager

1. Oversee and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations to meet brand service expectations efficiently and cost-effectively.
2. Develop and implement logistics plans and strategies aligned with company objectives, including transportation network design and warehouse optimization.
3. Monitor inbound shipments for timely import clearance and delivery, and coordinate inter-company and inter-boutique movements.
4. Verify and validate freight, storage, and transport invoices, and organize reverse logistics and export documentation.
5. Prepare and submit duty drawback claims, ensuring compliance with local authorities.
6. Manage CITES and ATA Carnet processes, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.
7. Source and procure logistics services, manage purchase requisitions, and evaluate service provider performance.
8. Arrange security and insurance for local and overseas transfers, and manage shipment claims.
9. Identify staff training needs, lead and motivate teams, and manage recruitment and development.
10. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and conduct audits to rectify non-compliance.
11. Initiate and participate in logistics projects and perform key user tests in SAP.
12. Assist in formulating and monitoring logistics budgets.

1. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.

1. Deep understanding of freight forwarding, transportation modes, and customs clearance procedures.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Effective time management and organizational skills.
4. Proactive and able to work independently under pressure.
5. Experience with logistics software, including WMS and TMS (SAP experience advantageous).

Several years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, ideally in a managerial or supervisory role.

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
