Richemont Logistics and Trade Compliance Manager

- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations to meet brand service expectations efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Develop and implement logistics plans and strategies aligned with company objectives, including transportation network design and warehouse optimization.
- Monitor inbound shipments for timely import clearance and delivery, and coordinate inter-company and inter-boutique movements.
- Verify and validate freight, storage, and transport invoices, and organize reverse logistics and export documentation.
- Prepare and submit duty drawback claims, ensuring compliance with local authorities.
- Manage CITES and ATA Carnet processes, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.
- Source and procure logistics services, manage purchase requisitions, and evaluate service provider performance.
- Arrange security and insurance for local and overseas transfers, and manage shipment claims.
- Identify staff training needs, lead and motivate teams, and manage recruitment and development.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and conduct audits to rectify non-compliance.
- Initiate and participate in logistics projects and perform key user tests in SAP.
- Assist in formulating and monitoring logistics budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
- Deep understanding of freight forwarding, transportation modes, and customs clearance procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently under pressure.
- Experience with logistics software, including WMS and TMS (SAP experience advantageous).
Several years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, ideally in a managerial or supervisory role.
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
