Richemont Logistics Administrator

- Ensure the efficient physical movement of stock in and out of the Logistics Department, maintaining accurate documentation and computer records.
- Organize transportation for Retail and Wholesale stock, manage export returns, and coordinate CS shipments abroad, adhering to Richemont's transport directives.
- Oversee E-commerce return management, including quality checks, SAP flow completion, and liaison with relevant departments for discrepancies and stock clearance.
- Manage the inbound process, ensuring timely and compliant receipt of parcels, quality checks, and proper documentation in SAP.
- Assist with pick up and delivery services, including booking shipments and coordinating with brands.
- Handle outbound processes, including transfers, packing, export documentation, and carrier bookings, ensuring compliance with KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of shipped articles and liaise with agents and brands to ensure smooth product flow.
- Conduct regular stock takes and participate in inventories, proactively resolving discrepancies.
- Adhere to security procedures and transport directives at all times.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and stock management.
- Proficiency in SAP and other computer systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Numerate and detail-oriented.
A minimum of two years' experience in logistics and stock management is required.
