1. Execute daily export shipments from Hong Kong to Asia-Pacific markets, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and operating procedures.
2. Coordinate with internal brands, Customer Service, Warehouse, destination offices, and external logistics partners for timely delivery.
3. Apply for and manage CITES permits and handle inquiries from the AFCD.
4. Lodge trade declarations in Tradelink.
5. Validate billings from forwarders and maintain accurate freight reports.
6. Identify and resolve transportation-related issues to ensure exceptional customer experience.
7. Generate regular logistics-related reports.
8. Participate in projects and provide necessary support.

1. Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight and international logistics, preferably in the luxury or retail industry.

1. Strong knowledge of import and export procedures, customs clearance, and transportation management.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in SAP, ERP, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

A minimum of 3 years in freight and international logistics, ideally within the luxury or retail sector.

Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
