1. Support the daily operations and master data maintenance of the Planning and Scheduling (P&S) Team.
2. Coordinate closely with local warehouse and shipping teams for order distribution.
3. Manage logistics scheduling and planning of outbound deliveries, performing daily order distribution and prioritizing orders in SAP.
4. Serve as the interface with local brand colleagues regarding scheduling, priority, and shipping inquiries.
5. Coordinate with local P&S users in APAC (SIN, KR, CN) for scheduling and monitor the automation release in SAP.
6. Maintain master data in SAP, including new customer master, route, lead time, and HS code deduction matrix.
7. Act as a key user in ERP and GTS to raise issue logs and support key user testing release in SAP.
8. Support the Logistics export team for outbound activities, including shipment booking and data entry for Re-export CITES applications.
9. Prepare regular KPI reports and conduct ad-hoc analysis as assigned by management.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher

1. Proficiency in Excel and SAP
2. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
3. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and the air freight industry.
