Logistics Administrator

1. Support daily operations and master data maintenance of the Planning and Scheduling Team.
2. Coordinate with local warehouse and shipping teams for order distribution.
3. Manage logistics scheduling and planning of outbound deliveries.
4. Perform daily order distribution and prioritize orders in SAP.
5. Interface with local brand colleagues regarding scheduling, priority, and shipping inquiries.
6. Coordinate with local Planning and Scheduling users in APAC for scheduling and automation release in SAP.
7. Maintain master data in SAP, including customer master, route, lead time, and HS code deduction matrix.
8. Act as a key user in ERP and GTS to raise issue logs and support key user testing release in SAP.
9. Support logistics export team for outbound activities, including shipment booking and data entry for Re-export CITES application.

1. Post-secondary or higher education level.

1. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SAP.
2. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
3. Good written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage.
4. Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Minimum of 2 years working experience in logistics and air freight industry.
