Richemont Legal Intern - Social Law

- Assist in the preparation of CSE meetings and various commissions, including agenda setting, drafting information notes, and sending invitations.
- Support the preparation of collective agreement negotiations.
- Aid in the organization of professional elections and determine the social calendar.
- Draft informational materials and conduct specific legal research.
- Support organizational projects related to working hours, compensation, and telecommuting.
- Respond to legal inquiries from HR Business Partners.
- Provide legal support on pre-litigation cases, including drafting letters and liaising with lawyers.
- Ensure proper follow-up of litigation cases and conduct risk analysis/propose provisions.
- Prepare legal monitoring and conduct legal research.
- Prepare materials for internal legal training sessions.
- Manage invoices from service providers and propose improvements for HR leadership on social law/social security issues.
- Master 1 in Social Law, pursuing a Master 2 in Social Law.
- Ideally, prior experience in a corporate setting or law firm.
- Curiosity and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Team spirit and analytical skills.
- Proactive approach with the ability to propose new ideas.
Previous experience in a corporate or law firm environment is ideal, with a focus on social law.
Master 1 in Social Law, pursuing a Master 2 in Social Law.
