1. Provide support to the French legal department under the supervision of the Legal Manager.
2. Assist with business law matters including contract review, legal document analysis, and validation.
3. Offer legal advice and support to operational teams in business law, including selective distribution and commercial litigation management.
4. Conduct legal research on specific issues.
5. Support corporate law activities, including legal secretariat duties for a portfolio of French companies and coordination with external parties.
6. Update legal registers and corporate records.
7. Draft legal correspondence and documents in both French and English.
8. Manage ongoing files, including filing and archiving.
9. Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

1. Currently pursuing a Master 2 in Business Law or related field.
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.

1. Strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A foundational experience in contract law, ideally gained through a previous internship or work placement in a law firm or corporate setting.

Currently pursuing a Master 2 in Business Law or related field.
