1. Provide support to the French legal team under the supervision of the Legal Manager France.
2. Assist in reviewing contracts and various legal documents, ensuring their compliance and validity.
3. Offer legal advice and support to operational teams in business law, including commercial, consumer, and competition law.
4. Support selective distribution processes, including closures, refusals of opening, claims, recoveries, and disputes.
5. Manage and follow up on commercial litigation and disputes.
6. Conduct research on specific legal issues.
7. Support the corporate legal secretariat for a portfolio of French companies, including legal formalities and coordination with external stakeholders.
8. Update legal registers and corporate records.
9. Draft legal correspondence and documents in both French and English.
10. Monitor ongoing files, ensuring proper filing and archiving.
11. Perform other administrative tasks as required.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law with a focus on contract, consumer, competition, distribution, and corporate law.
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Strong drafting skills in both French and English.

Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is required.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law.
