1. Provide comprehensive legal advice across all business lines and Maisons represented by Richemont Italy.
2. Negotiate, review, and draft a variety of commercial contracts, including manufacturing, distribution, retail leases, and sponsorship agreements.
3. Implement Legislative Decree 231/2001 and attend Supervisory Board meetings, offering assistance as required.
4. Collaborate with Group Legal colleagues at the headquarters in Switzerland.
5. Manage disputes involving Italian entities of the Richemont Group and work closely with external counsels.
6. Perform administrative tasks for the legal department, including maintaining legal databases, preparing documents and reports, and managing legal budgets.

1. Law degree from an Italian University.
2. Admission to the Bar is mandatory.

1. Proven experience in providing legal advice on a wide range of legal matters in an international environment.
2. Strong drafting and negotiation skills in commercial and contract law.
3. Excellent project management and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Solid post-bar qualification experience in both private practice and in-house settings, with a focus on commercial and contract law.

Law degree from an Italian University.
