Legal Counsel

1. Provide results-driven legal advice across all lines of business and Maisons represented by Richemont Italy.
2. Negotiate, review, and draft a variety of commercial contracts, including manufacturing, distribution, retail leases, and sponsorship agreements.
3. Implement Legislative Decree 231/2001 and attend meetings of the Supervisory Boards.
4. Collaborate closely with Group Legal colleagues in Switzerland.
5. Manage disputes involving Italian entities of the Richemont Group and collaborate with external counsels.
6. Perform administrative tasks for the legal department, such as maintaining legal databases and records, preparing legal documents and reports, and managing legal budgets.

1. Law degree from an Italian University.
2. Admission to the Bar.

1. Strong team player with excellent project management and communication skills.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Fluent in Italian and English. Proficiency in French is a plus.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Solid post-bar qualification experience providing legal advice on a wide range of legal matters in an international environment. A combination of private practice and in-house experience is preferred. Experience in commercial/contract law with proven drafting and negotiation skills is important.

Law degree from an Italian University. Admission to the Bar is required.
