Richemont Leasing Manager

- Lead the leasing process for Richemont's Maisons, including site selection, lease negotiations, and deal closures within the MEIA region.
- Support Maisons in negotiating new leases or renewals, utilizing agents to maximize outcomes.
- Leverage existing relationships and implement a coordinated approach in negotiations while respecting the autonomy of the Maisons.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of external professionals, such as attorneys and agents, as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and other key stakeholders to secure quality retail spaces and favorable lease terms.
- Gather market information on potential trends and define opportunities early on, recommending preferred agents to the Maisons as needed.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the luxury retail market within the MEIA region.
- Monitor the evolution of the retail property environment by observing gateway cities and maintaining dialogue with investors and developers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including brand teams, to understand their business objectives and develop tailored real estate strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to leasing activities.
- Prepare recommendation memos for presentations in Geneva during investment committees, supporting the submission of Capital Approval Requests by the Maisons.
- Negotiate lease agreements and other documents on behalf of Richemont, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
- Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and changes in the luxury retail market to ensure compliance and alignment with company standards.
- 5+ years of experience in retail leasing, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong knowledge of retail leasing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Professional certifications, such as ICSC or CCIM, are an asset.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages (e.g., French, Arabic) being advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
A minimum of 5 years in retail leasing, with a preference for experience within the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
