1. Lead the development team in delivering custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant programming languages.
2. Oversee the complete application lifecycle from technical design, architecture, development, testing, to deployment of high-quality Salesforce solutions.
3. Identify and recommend creative solutions to enhance the out-of-the-box capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
4. Guide the development team to ensure adherence to best practices and successful setup.
5. Collaborate with technical resources such as architects, admins, configuration experts, and stakeholders to communicate status, risks, and technical issues.
6. Anticipate platform dependencies and potential regressions.
7. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and provide updates on feature development progress.
8. Ensure the functional and technical health of developed features through cross-testing and involvement in all test phases.
9. Support the troubleshooting and delivery of quality solutions for production bugs.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with exposure to call center solutions.
3. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer 1 and 2, Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, and super badges.

1. Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce products with the ability to investigate and debug issues.
2. Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to Salesforce development, including Apex, Java, and JavaScript.
3. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
4. Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, with experience in Jira and Confluence.
5. Previous exposure to test automation technologies and best practices is advantageous.
6. Excellent proficiency in English.

A minimum of 8 years in Salesforce development, ideally with experience in call center solutions.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
