Richemont Lead Salesforce Developer

- Lead the development team in delivering custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant programming languages.
- Oversee the complete application lifecycle from technical design, architecture, development, testing, to deployment of high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Identify and recommend creative solutions to enhance the out-of-the-box capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
- Guide the development team to ensure adherence to best practices and successful setup.
- Collaborate with technical resources such as architects, admins, configuration experts, and stakeholders to communicate status, risks, and technical issues.
- Anticipate platform dependencies and potential regressions.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and provide updates on feature development progress.
- Ensure the functional and technical health of developed features through cross-testing and involvement in all test phases.
- Support the troubleshooting and delivery of quality solutions for production bugs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with exposure to call center solutions.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer 1 and 2, Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, and super badges.
- Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce products with the ability to investigate and debug issues.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to Salesforce development, including Apex, Java, and JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, with experience in Jira and Confluence.
- Previous exposure to test automation technologies and best practices is advantageous.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
A minimum of 8 years in Salesforce development, ideally with experience in call center solutions.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
