1. Support the achievement of the Quality, Performance & Reliability objectives of the Group's Research & Innovation Directorate.
2. Conduct technical tests and analyses related to projects aimed at enhancing product quality, performance, and reliability.
3. Actively participate in the development of product innovations initiated by the Research and Innovation team.
4. Develop new control and testing methods within the watchmaking laboratory.
5. Characterize movement functions and assemble principle prototypes, noting critical points.
6. Perform aging tests using specialized equipment; analyze and interpret test results.
7. Document, distribute, and archive test results through reports and presentations.
8. Analyze client watches to determine the cause of returns during missions at the Group's Customer Service platforms.
9. Provide horological assistance in deploying innovative solutions and actively contribute to defining new concepts.
10. Manage workload based on team priorities.

1. Formal training in watchmaking (CFC, ES Technician, or equivalent).
2. Experience in a laboratory setting is essential.

1. Strong interest in problem-solving and identifying root causes.
2. Autonomous, structured, and organized with excellent critical and analytical thinking.
3. Creative and results-oriented with a passion for innovation.
4. Proficient in French with strong writing skills.
5. Comfortable with common computer tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Ideally, candidates will have initial experience in the watchmaking field.

Formal training in watchmaking (CFC, ES Technician, or equivalent).
