Richemont Laboratory Analyst - Watchmaking

- Support the achievement of the Quality, Performance & Reliability objectives of the Group's Research & Innovation Directorate.
- Conduct technical tests and analyses related to projects aimed at enhancing product quality, performance, and reliability.
- Actively participate in the development of product innovations initiated by the Research and Innovation team.
- Develop new control and testing methods within the watchmaking laboratory.
- Characterize movement functions and assemble principle prototypes, noting critical points.
- Perform aging tests using specialized equipment; analyze and interpret test results.
- Document, distribute, and archive test results through reports and presentations.
- Analyze client watches to determine the cause of returns during missions at the Group's Customer Service platforms.
- Provide horological assistance in deploying innovative solutions and actively contribute to defining new concepts.
- Manage workload based on team priorities.
- Formal training in watchmaking (CFC, ES Technician, or equivalent).
- Experience in a laboratory setting is essential.
- Strong interest in problem-solving and identifying root causes.
- Autonomous, structured, and organized with excellent critical and analytical thinking.
- Creative and results-oriented with a passion for innovation.
- Proficient in French with strong writing skills.
- Comfortable with common computer tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
Ideally, candidates will have initial experience in the watchmaking field.
Formal training in watchmaking (CFC, ES Technician, or equivalent).
