1. Assist in driving and supporting knowledge management operations and systems.
2. Support the development and implementation of knowledge management strategies and policies.
3. Help manage knowledge management tools and ensure the accuracy and accessibility of knowledge assets.
4. Assist in identifying, collecting, and organizing relevant knowledge assets.
5. Support remediation actions for knowledge gaps.
6. Assist in designing and evolving knowledge management systems.

1. University student in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Internship agreement with school/university mandatory.

1. Basic understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices.
2. Understanding of main finance job activities relevant for document classification.
3. Familiarity with knowledge management tools and technologies (e.g., SharePoint, Process Modelling software such as Visio).
4. Basic understanding of document and data management and organization.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel & PowerPoint.
6. Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
7. Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus.

Some experience or coursework related to knowledge management is a plus.

University student in a relevant field.
