1. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain user-facing web applications, including both front-end and back-end development.
2. Provide support and maintenance for existing business applications and assist in migrating legacy platforms to modern technologies.
3. Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and detailed requirements for new features or improvements.
4. Analyze customer requests and evaluate product opportunities based on ROI, user impact, and alignment with business goals.
5. Manage project priorities based on business value and customer needs, taking ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure application performance and reliability.
7. Communicate technical concepts and project status to both technical and non-technical audiences, collaborating within an agile environment.
8. Create and maintain technical and user documentation.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 0-2 years of experience in web development, including strong internships, co-ops, or significant personal projects.
3. Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
4. Experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
5. Experience with at least one server-side language and framework such as Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, PHP/Laravel, Ruby/Rails, Java/Spring, or C#/ASP.NET.
6. Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and API design principles (RESTful APIs).
7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Ability to understand user needs and a genuine interest in solving customer problems.
9. Basic understanding of business concepts and a willingness to evaluate work based on impact and value.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
11. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a strong sense of ownership.
12. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
