Richemont Junior Product Engineer

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain user-facing web applications, including both front-end and back-end development.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing business applications and assist in migrating legacy platforms to modern technologies.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and detailed requirements for new features or improvements.
- Analyze customer requests and evaluate product opportunities based on ROI, user impact, and alignment with business goals.
- Manage project priorities based on business value and customer needs, taking ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure application performance and reliability.
- Communicate technical concepts and project status to both technical and non-technical audiences, collaborating within an agile environment.
- Create and maintain technical and user documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in web development, including strong internships, co-ops, or significant personal projects.
- Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience with at least one server-side language and framework such as Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, PHP/Laravel, Ruby/Rails, Java/Spring, or C#/ASP.NET.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and API design principles (RESTful APIs).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to understand user needs and a genuine interest in solving customer problems.
- Basic understanding of business concepts and a willingness to evaluate work based on impact and value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a strong sense of ownership.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
