1. Lead and mentor a team of up to 5 jewelry artisans, fostering career development and providing growth opportunities.
2. Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs, offering regular feedback and addressing performance issues.
3. Develop and implement technical assessments and training programs to enhance team skills and track progress.
4. Oversee workshop capacity and resource allocation to ensure efficient workflow.
5. Ensure compliance with all Maison policies and procedures within the workshop.
6. Develop and maintain operational procedures to guarantee efficiency and consistency.
7. Assign and manage repair workflow effectively.
8. Provide technical expertise and support for repairs, machinery, tools, and process implementation.
9. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold the highest craftsmanship standards.
10. Stay informed about Maison innovations and train the team accordingly.
11. Manage and disseminate technical documentation.
12. Evaluate and coordinate test bench assessments, including logging and administrative tasks.

1. Extensive experience in jewelry manufacturing and repair with proven technical expertise in jewelry techniques.
2. Several years of experience in a leadership or team management role within a jewelry workshop.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
5. Proficiency in German and/or English.
