Richemont Jewelry Workshop Team Leader

- Lead and mentor a team of up to 5 jewelry artisans, fostering career development and providing growth opportunities.
- Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs, offering regular feedback and addressing performance issues.
- Develop and implement technical assessments and training programs to enhance team skills and track progress.
- Oversee workshop capacity and resource allocation to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure compliance with all Maison policies and procedures within the workshop.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures to guarantee efficiency and consistency.
- Assign and manage repair workflow effectively.
- Provide technical expertise and support for repairs, machinery, tools, and process implementation.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold the highest craftsmanship standards.
- Stay informed about Maison innovations and train the team accordingly.
- Manage and disseminate technical documentation.
- Evaluate and coordinate test bench assessments, including logging and administrative tasks.
- Extensive experience in jewelry manufacturing and repair with proven technical expertise in jewelry techniques.
- Several years of experience in a leadership or team management role within a jewelry workshop.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in German and/or English.

Significant experience in jewelry manufacturing and repair, with a proven track record in a leadership or team management role.
