1. Conduct initial assessments and repairs of various jewellery pieces, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
2. Determine appropriate repair strategies to meet expected lead times while demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
3. Execute defined interventions and repair flows as per the brand's Customer Service Policy.
4. Perform chain extensions or reductions on bracelets and necklaces using laser-welding techniques.
5. Re-shape deformed jewellery items and polish them to restore their original luster.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience post-graduation from a jewellery school.

1. Proficiency in handling delicate materials such as gemstones, semi-precious stones, wood, pearls, ceramic, resin, and coral.
2. Experience in fire-soldering, laser welding, and jewellery polishing techniques.
3. Ability to assess and resolve complex or unusual inquiries.
4. Basic computer skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.

A minimum of one year of experience in jewellery repair and craftsmanship post-graduation from a recognized jewellery school.

Graduation from a recognized jewellery school.
