1. Perform jewelry repairs adhering to brand guidelines for quality and lead time, including tasks such as repairing defects, resizing rings, and polishing.
2. Coordinate daily operations in the workshop, assigning repairs based on jeweler skills and managing team-related issues.
3. Collaborate with the administration team to support jeweler-related queries and optimize team performance.
4. Monitor spare parts, track repair progress, ensure quality control, and manage tools and equipment.
5. Report technical issues, maintain tools, and promote quality to prevent recurring mistakes.
6. Participate in continuous improvement meetings and focus on enhancing repair procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the luxury industry as a jeweler.
2. Fluency in English.
