Richemont IT Business Analyst

- Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to understand processes, identify gaps, and translate requirements into effective workflows and solutions.
- Produce comprehensive deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, workflow diagrams, and training content.
- Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and developers to ensure alignment and value-added solutions.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions, training workshops, and usability testing to gather feedback from stakeholders and end users.
- Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities, ensuring participants are informed of developments impacting key dates and deliverables.
- Assist business users in creating and configuring PowerApps, Automated workflows, and SharePoint tools.
- Perform technical feasibility assessments and collaborate with IT Developers to determine optimal technical approaches.
- Provide training and support to business teams for autonomous management of SharePoint sites and automated flows.
- Provide Level 2 technical support for SharePoint sites and solutions, resolving technical issues efficiently.
- 2+ years’ experience in building custom SharePoint sites and applications.
- 3+ years working with technical teams and business users to optimize business processes.
- Experience managing projects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of UX best practices and tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with SharePoint architecture and related concepts.
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with SQL Server, MS Net Framework, HTML, Power Shell, JavaScript, and APIs.
- Strong understanding of business process optimization and workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
2+ years of experience in building custom SharePoint sites and applications, and 3+ years working with technical teams and business users to optimize business processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in software development or UX Design. A Master’s Degree or Microsoft Certification is a plus.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
