- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting to maintain accurate boutique accounts.
- Perform daily controls on end-of-day procedures and monthly closings.
- Manage financial aspects of new boutique openings, internalizations, and closures.
- Engage in finance projects, offering robust support for project implementation.
- Issue monthly internal control reports and ensure timely follow-up.
- Resolve transfer issues between boutiques and warehouses.
- Assist with physical inventory, including preparation, support, and reconciliation.
- Monitor and understand all inventory transactions for accuracy.
- Conduct Boutique Internal Control Reviews to confirm inventory existence and control functionality.
- Prepare Red Light Reports.
- Provide training and education to retail teams on compliance issues.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to travel up to 35% within the United States and Canada.
- Proficiency in SAP and inventory management systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams is advantageous.
- Capability to design workflows and procedures.
- Project coordination skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to navigate a complex matrix-based organization.
Prior experience in inventory management and travel for work is preferred.
