1. Develop and adjust detailed production schedules to meet deadlines.

4. Lead Kaizen events and engage employees in continuous improvement activities.
5. Communicate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with business objectives.
6. Prepare reports on production efficiency, process improvements, and cost savings.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Over 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or continuous improvements in the leather goods industry.
3. Proficiency in English at B1 level or higher.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in production planning software (ERP/MRP systems) and data analysis tools.
3. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Over 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or continuous improvements within the leather goods industry is required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
