- Review and maintain controls and risk matrices, perform testing, and issue reports in alignment with management's expectations.
- Assess system access rights and segregation of duties, ensuring appropriate mitigations are implemented.
- Prepare and oversee annual stock counts for warehouses and wholesaler inventories.
- Support management in initiatives to enhance compliance within the local and European internal control community.
- Document processes, procedures, and user guides, providing clear guidelines.
- Develop automation and reporting solutions to improve control design and process efficiency.
- Facilitate communication by managing the Europe Internal Control SharePoint.
- Pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
- Ability to secure an internship agreement from a university.
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Excel, Power Query/BI, and VBA.
- Strong team spirit and proactive approach.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately observe tasks.
- Capability to see the big picture and summarize effectively.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to enter the field of internal control is essential.
Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering (pursuing or recently completed).
