1. Review and maintain controls and risk matrices, perform testing, and issue reports in alignment with management's expectations.
2. Assess system access rights and segregation of duties, ensuring appropriate mitigations are implemented.
3. Prepare and oversee annual stock counts for warehouses and wholesaler inventories.
4. Support management in initiatives to enhance compliance within the local and European internal control community.
5. Document processes, procedures, and user guides, providing clear guidelines.
6. Develop automation and reporting solutions to improve control design and process efficiency.
7. Facilitate communication by managing the Europe Internal Control SharePoint.

1. Pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
2. Ability to secure an internship agreement from a university.

1. Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Excel, Power Query/BI, and VBA.
2. Strong team spirit and proactive approach.
3. Attention to detail and ability to accurately observe tasks.
4. Capability to see the big picture and summarize effectively.
5. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to enter the field of internal control is essential.

Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering (pursuing or recently completed).
