- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading internal communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, intranet posts, and presentations.
- Support the development and execution of internal campaigns and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and align with the company’s vision and strategy.
- Aid in the planning and coordination of internal events such as town halls, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Manage and update content on the company intranet, ensuring information is accurate, engaging, and current.
- Design and administer surveys to gather employee feedback and analyze results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure internal messaging reflects the company’s luxury brand identity and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects related to internal communications and corporate culture.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail and tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Experience with social media platforms and content management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for luxury retail, brand storytelling, and employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

No prior professional experience required, but a demonstrated interest in luxury retail and communications is preferred.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
$20-25 per hour
