Richemont Internal Communications Coordinator

- Support the Head of Internal Communications in planning and executing communication strategies for internal stakeholders, including the leadership team and centers of excellence.
- Manage communications planning and execution for Europe HQ colleagues via internal channels and email.
- Lead the development and management of Europe-focused internal programming, including regional rollouts.
- Write, edit, produce, and manage the distribution of internal communications content, such as intranet articles, corporate announcements, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the Head of Internal Communications to maintain the regional communications calendar.
- Establish metrics, track progress, and prepare analytics presentations to enhance communication effectiveness.
- Generate creative ideas to enhance employee engagement using various channels.
- Assist in designing and stylizing internal branding to convey key messages.
- Provide ad hoc support for organizing local HQ events.
- 2 – 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
- BA or Master’s Degree in communications, digital media, journalism, marketing, public relations, or a related program.
- Detail-oriented with excellent writing, editing, and event management skills.
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful, with the ability to work independently in a small team.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
- Experience with executive presence and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Canva; Adobe Suite proficiency is optional.
- Fluency in English and French.
2 – 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
BA or Master’s Degree in communications, digital media, journalism, marketing, public relations, or a related program.
