1. Conduct comprehensive trademark searches, including initial knockout searches.
2. Manage trademark filings and prosecutions, serving as the primary liaison with foreign counsel.
3. Oversee trademark renewals, oppositions, cancellations, and other administrative tasks.
4. Review watch notices and collaborate with Maison lawyers for further action.
5. Handle design filings, prosecutions, and renewals.
6. Support negotiations and draft agreements such as settlements, co-existence, and licenses.
7. Manage day-to-day design processes and invoice processing related to IP protection.
8. Prepare and provide detailed trademark and design reports.
9. Maintain the integrity of the records database (DIAMS) and update it with new portfolios and records.
10. Generate various reports, including budget and financial spend reports.
11. Collaborate closely with Maison lawyers to support ad hoc IP queries and research.

1. Several years of experience in IP filing and prosecution, specifically in trademarks and designs.
2. Mandatory in-house experience with international portfolio management, including WIPO filings.

1. Broad knowledge of trademark and design filing and prosecution requirements.
2. Proficiency in trademark searching and initial screening.
3. Ability to review and filter trademark watch notices for potential oppositions.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
6. Ability to work quickly, flexibly, and proactively.
7. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
8. Professional attitude with integrity and discretion.
