- Design, implement, and evolve integration architectures aligned with enterprise goals.
- Ensure integration platforms and services remain scalable, maintainable, and high-performing.
- Lead initiatives to modernize the technology stack in line with industry trends.
- Define standards and practices for integration, messaging, and service interfaces.
- Contribute to the global integration strategy and technical roadmap.
- Continuously enhance and adapt integration platforms and applications to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure solutions are robust, secure by design, and highly available.
- Lead solution architecture activities from design to deployment.
- Oversee platform upgrades and ensure compatibility with future standards and interfaces.
- Design secure authentication and authorization flows across integration layers.
- Work cross-functionally with enterprise architects, domain architects, business analysts, and security teams.
- Support governance by contributing to documentation, policies, and reusable assets.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure compliant and extensible integration solutions.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in integration and/or solution architecture roles.
- Proven expertise in event-driven architecture, synchronous APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Hands-on experience with API gateways and messaging platforms.
- Strong understanding of platform evolution, modernization strategies, and systems scalability.
- Solid experience in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
- Working knowledge of canonical data modeling and enterprise data structuring practices.
- Proficient in designing secure, distributed systems using modern patterns and cloud-native tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Fluent English required, other languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate with technical and business teams at all levels.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in integration and/or solution architecture roles, with proven expertise in event-driven architecture, synchronous APIs, and middleware technologies.
