- Conduct time and motion studies to gather metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Support facility re-engineering projects using industrial engineering and lean methodologies.
- Participate in lean initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Utilize new technologies like AMRs and 3D Rapid Prototyping to reduce operational waste.
- Assist in change management efforts related to new or updated process flows and procedures.
- Improve work methods to enhance efficiency in warehouse tasks.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely project completion.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various facility processes.
- Pursuing a B.S. degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or manufacturing operations.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma concepts and applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment.
- Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.

At least 1 year of work experience in a logistics or manufacturing operation is required.
Currently pursuing a B.S. degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
This is a paid internship with a compensation of $20.00 per hour.
