- Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure IAM solutions meet business and security requirements.
- Govern and oversee the smooth operation of Identity and Access Management solutions, ensuring compliance with collected requirements.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in IAM solutions, enhancing security measures.
- Support the design, review, and implementation of IAM architecture, aligning with industry best practices and security policies.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to operations teams, service owners, and application owners to promote shared understanding and expertise.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on IAM projects, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.
- Understand functional and technical requirements, identify gaps, and suggest improvements for IAM solutions.
- Possess technical expertise in Cloud Digital Identity Technologies and integration projects.
- Manage target systems and provisioning, including Active Directory, Entra AD, Okta, AWS, Google Cloud, SAP, and Saviynt.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience managing IAM solutions in complex, large-scale environments.
- Deep understanding of IAM principles, best practices, and industry standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of core IAM components such as connectors, integrations, and provisioning workflows.
- Strong security-oriented mindset with expertise in least privilege principles and Segregation of Duties concepts.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of SAP systems architecture and security concepts.
- Experience integrating SAP systems with enterprise applications and identity management solutions.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements related to SAP security and access controls.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex IAM issues.
- Technical expertise in IAM components and cloud identity technologies.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
- Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
A minimum of 5-6 years in managing Identity and Access Management solutions within complex, large-scale environments.
