1. Manage IAM services across the EMEA region with operational responsibility.
2. Collaborate with IT teams and end users to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
3. Implement and oversee process and tool rollouts, ensuring IT team engagement.
4. Provide knowledge transfer to IT teams and application owners.
5. Support the timeline and content of enrichment releases alongside IT teams.
6. Assist Engineers and Architects in the setup and implementation of Proof of Concept initiatives.
7. Implement and manage SSO/LDAP or Azure Active Directory applications and permissions.
8. Monitor core IAM activities, including provisioning and deprovisioning processes.

1. Proven experience in identity and access management, particularly in a global context.
2. Strong understanding of IAM processes and tools.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft standard tools and technologies.

1. Expertise in IAM tools such as Entra ID and Entra ID Authentication services.
2. Proficiency in OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
3. Ability to manage identity lifecycle, application lifecycle, and password management.
4. Knowledge of federated authentication and multifactor authentication.
5. Competence in biometric authentication and certificate management.
6. Experience with DNS management and PAM management.
7. Skill in identity broker management.

Experience in a similar IAM operations role, preferably within a multinational corporation.
