- Align HR strategy with business objectives in partnership with leadership.
- Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation and process optimization.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies.
- Provide coaching to leadership on employee relations, policy interpretation, and talent management.
- Participate in recruitment efforts and ensure a robust candidate pipeline.
- Co-facilitate New Employee Orientation and lead internal communication programs.
- Evaluate patterns and trends to provide proactive HR solutions and training.
- Support talent management and development programs, including high-potential identification.
- Assist expats with migration processes and onboarding in Mexico.
- Serve as liaison for HR leadership team on communication strategies.
- Lead the development and distribution of employee handbooks and policy communications.
- Implement and analyze employee morale and retention initiatives.
- Promote corporate milestones and activities through various communication channels.
- Maintain knowledge of trends in employee retention, morale, and productivity.
- Identify training needs and align programs with business objectives.
- Develop and organize annual internal training programs.
- Ensure compliance with training and onboarding processes.
- Oversee succession planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Develop and implement engagement programs and ESG & Inclusion initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records in all company systems.
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of HR reports and audits.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Administration preferred
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of HR disciplines and employment laws
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
8-10 years of experience in a human resources department, preferably within the luxury sector.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Administration preferred
