Richemont Human Resources Manager

- Manage all local recruitment processes efficiently, maintaining recruitment progress reports and talent databases.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure seamless payroll operations and gather data for salary benchmarking.
- Compile data for the Annual Salary Review and PMP analysis, monitoring budgeted versus actual salaries and headcount.
- Facilitate employee relations activities to promote a positive working environment, conducting exit and grievance interviews.
- Assist in managing local labor tribunal cases.
- Collaborate with line managers to identify training and development needs, overseeing program evaluation and implementation.
- Drive performance appraisal processes to align employee development with organizational objectives.
- Work with Maison heads to define individual development plans for key talent and build a talent pool for succession planning.
- Proven experience in human resources management within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law.
- Experience in handling employee relations and labor tribunal cases.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and talent management systems.
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the luxury goods or retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
